"Shipping got way too pricey"
The service itself was good, but the shipping cost was a bit painful. I also got a few inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Shipping was way slower than expected"
My package took way too long to arrive, and the tracking updates didn’t really change much along the way. I expected some delay, but this was definitely slower than it should’ve been. Overall, the shipping speed was frustrating.

I had this issue come up and reached out to support. They replied fast and got all that sorted out the same day, which was nice...
"I had no idea what was going on..."
I had no idea what was going on with the customs and duty fees for my package, and I was already getting a bit stressed. I reached out to Global Shopaholics support, and they got back to me with a clear explanation.
They broke down what the charges were for, what details I needed to provide, and yeah, once they explained it, it didn’t feel as confusing. I mean, customs is still annoying, but at least I knew what I was dealing with.
My parcel ended up clearing without any major problem and arrived in good condition. So overall, I’m happy with the help, and it definitely saved me from worrying more than I needed to.

The package was alright overall. The box showed up dented, but luckily everything inside was still fine. it might’ve just been bad timing with shipping or handling that day

I’ve used Global Shopaholics a few times now, and overall it’s been decent. My packages have usually arrived without any major issues, and the tracking is good enough that I feel more comfortable using them than some other forwarding services I’ve tried. A friend actually recommended them to me, and I can see why, at least for basic package forwarding.
That said, it hasn’t always been the smoothest experience. Sometimes updates take longer than I’d like, and when I reached out to support with a question, it took a bit to hear back. It’s not a bad service, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say 3 stars feels about right

The tracking was easy to follow, and when I had a question about my package, they actually replied. There were a couple of little things that felt unnecessary, but nothing too bad. Overall, good service.

"Consolidation worked, just slower than I hoped"
I used Global Shopaholics mostly to combine a few packages I had ordered from different stores. A friend of mine had mentioned them before, so I figured I’d try them for my own small haul. They did put everything together properly, and the box showed up with all my items inside, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The only thing is that it took a few more days than I expected, and even after consolidation, the shipping cost was still a bit higher than I had hoped. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. Overall, it worked out fine, just don’t go in expecting super fast service.

"Easy site to get around"
I had a smooth time using the website. Everything felt simple and I was able to find the shipping info and my account details without getting lost. The pages loaded well too, which was nice. Nothing really stood out as a problem, and it got the job done quickly. I’d say it’s worth using if you want something straightforward.
